Continuous Learning Development (CLD) is a UK registered provider and a CPD accredited institute that provides bespoke courses/training; founded and launched in 2019, by Shaykaah Shafalia Younis.

A professional academic lecturer by profession, who has taught in numerous institutions, ranging from schools, colleges and universities within the UK and abroad.

A British born female who carved her own niche in the competitive field of education as an educator, by her sheer determination and strength of character.

Having been well travelled and understanding needs of other cultures she acquired the skill and ability in delivering Arabic language effectively to others, by drawing upon such expertise led her to formulate unique & innovative techniques in her own teaching methods.

Her idea for launching her own institute stemmed from her very own learning and interacting experience. Seeing and understanding first-hand the struggles students tend to face; how teaching material and text book learning isn’t always practical, applicable or successful. The shortcomings she met, as a coordinator, whilst supporting the development of a curriculum in United Arab Emirates for the police officers and army officials, which was successfully overcome through her insightful knowledge.

Boasting a high pass rate, with her students through her various teaching roles, ranks her as an impressive tutor; assessor & curriculum developer helping succeed those, who enrol with her. Her pass rate speaking for itself ranked her high on the employment radar, but it's her passion that's led her to the establishment of CLD institute.

Being a devout Muslim Shaykaah Shafalia has been studying Islam for over twenty years she gained enormous Islamic education achievements and her dedication to her faith motivated her to do something for people who wanted to learn about Islam.
